DEPOSIT & REFUND POLICY:
50% deposit is required before the date can be blocked off for any event. Full refund with 30 days or more cancellation notice. 40% refund for 11-29 days cancellation notice. NO full refunds if event is cancelled within 10 days of scheduled date – maximum of 25% refund during the months of June, July and August (25% is retained for planning time expended and loss of possible revenue during peak event season). Actual amount of refund will depend on how customized the event was, how much commitment was made for food, supplies, extra staffing, porta potties, tents, linens, special order items etc. We are fair with assessing the amounts to be refunded – both to the customer, and to ourselves.
